You can do this in one of the following ways:

  1. Via the Damage Report Form (recommended)

The Damage Fund applies to unintentional damage to the accommodation or inventory.
Coverage ranges from €25 to €250 per stay.

Examples of covered damage:
• broken glass or tableware
• minor damage to furniture or appliances
• stains on bed linen or towels

Not covered by the Damage Fund
The following situations are not covered by the Damage Fund:

• intentional damage or reckless behaviour (for example vandalism or smoking in a non-smoking accommodation)
• damage caused by pets
• damage to property of other guests or neighbours
• damage above €250 (these costs may be charged to the main booker)

Handling
After your report, Sun&Sea Holidays will assess whether the damage is covered by the Damage Fund.
You will receive confirmation of this assessment and, if necessary, further information about the next steps.

Own responsibility
Guests are at all times responsible for careful use of the accommodation and inventory.
If the damage does not fall within the conditions of the Damage Fund, the costs may be charged to the main booker.
