What does Hassle-free renting cost?
We work with a transparent pricing model:
€ 29,95 per month (billed annually)
10% commission on bookings via the Sun & Sea Holidays website
20% commission on bookings via external rental platforms
*For bookings made through our website, a 10% surcharge is charged to the guest.
As a result, you as the owner pay only 10% commission for direct bookings instead of 20%.
*You do not pay any setup fees, administration fees or additional costs for participation on rental platforms.
*OTA costs (such as Airbnb and Booking.com) are fully paid by the guest.
How does registration work?
- You register your property via our registration form.
- We are planning an introductory meeting.
- We set up your accommodation within our system.
- We publish your property on the website and the rental platforms.
- From that moment on, we take care of everything related to rental and management.
