1. Direct bookings via the Sun & Sea Holidays website
- The guest makes the reservation via one of the Sun & Sea Holidays websites
- The guest pays the base rental price + a 10% surcharge
- This 10% surcharge is paid exclusively by the guest
- This 10% covers service charges and is paid exclusively by the guest.
- You receive 100% of the agreed base rental price for direct bookings
- No commission is deducted from your payout
- Payment and administrative handling are managed by Sun & Sea Holidays

2. Your personal promotional link
You will receive a personal promotional link that allows you to share your accommodation yourself, for example via:
- your own website
- social media
- newsletter or returning guests
For bookings made via your personal promotional link:
- the guest pays the agreed base rental price plus service fees
- you receive 100% of the agreed base rental price
- no commission is deducted from your payout
- payment and administrative handling are managed by Sun & Sea Holidays
3. Bookings via external rental platforms (optional)
Owners can choose to connect their accommodation to external rental platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com and other providers.
- Rental platforms charge their own commissions and service fees
- If you use your own accounts, we only connect the calendar and you handle the bookings yourself
- Through Sun & Sea Holidays, we take care of guest communication and booking management
