Acceptance Policy
1. Purpose and scope
This acceptance policy describes the minimum requirements that accommodations must meet in order to be included in the Sun&Sea Holidays offering. The policy applies to all owners who wish to rent out their accommodation through Sun&Sea Holidays.
Sun&Sea Holidays only accepts vacation homes located in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Applications for accommodations outside these countries will not be considered.
2. Facilities and basic conditions
The accommodation must comply with the Facilities List as published on our website.
This list contains minimum requirements in terms of safety, comfort, hygiene, kitchen inventory, sanitary facilities, outdoor space, children's facilities, and extras.
Sun&Sea Holidays reserves the right to periodically amend or expand the list.
3. Safety and legislation and regulations
The accommodation must comply with all applicable legal obligations, including building and fire safety regulations.
The owner must ensure that the necessary permits and insurance are in place.
4. Condition and maintenance of the accommodation
The accommodation must be clean, well maintained, and immediately rentable.
In the event of defects or overdue maintenance, Sun&Sea Holidays may suspend or terminate the collaboration.
5. Inspection and verification
Sun&Sea Holidays may carry out an inspection before or during the collaboration to assess whether the accommodation complies with the list of facilities and this policy.
The owner shall provide supporting documents, such as proof of ownership and identification, upon request.
6. Refusal and termination
If an accommodation does not comply with the list of amenities or this policy, Sun&Sea Holidays reserves the right to refuse or terminate the collaboration.
Any current reservations will be handled in accordance with the general terms and conditions.
