* What is included in the start-up service?
We set everything up for you: the links to platforms, the texts and photos of your property, the price list and the basic rules. This allows you to get started quickly and professionally.
* Can I switch from another platform?
Yes. We will assist you free of charge in switching from other providers or if you are already active on platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com.
* Do I retain control over my property?
Absolutely. You choose the package that suits you best. With every package, you retain insight into your bookings and can determine the level of contact you wish to have with guests.
* Do you charge guests a fee?
Yes. We charge guests a 5% service fee. This fee covers platform costs, payment transactions and guest support, among other things. It is automatically included in the booking price and does not affect your earnings.
* When can I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. For monthly subscriptions, there is a notice period of one calendar month. For annual subscriptions, the contract runs until the end of the paid period. Your home will remain visible on the connected platforms until the end date.
