Madurodam, opened in 1952, is a scaled-down version of the Netherlands where you can view more than 700 models of famous buildings and sights.
There are also many moving means of transport such as: cars, tour boats, planes, trains and trams. With a length of approximately four kilometers, the Madurodam model railway is the largest model railway in the Netherlands. There is also plenty to do for the children, the interactive games in between are very entertaining. The park is neat and well maintained and there are picnic areas where you can enjoy your own food / drinks.
