When you enter through the gate, you almost step into another world.

Nothing modern, everything is still in its former glory. The Binnenhof is an impressive monumental building complex that has been the center of Dutch politics for centuries. Here the country is governed and history is written. The beautiful buildings of the Council of State, the Eerste en de Tweede Kamer or the Ridderzaal are wonderful to see. The charming courtyard and the court pond with its beautiful fountains are also well worth a visit.
